Hey all, my name is George, and I'm going to talk to you about one of THE most important things when it comes to bodybuilding; cosmetic bodybuilding. Cosmetic bodybuilding is all about creating ilussions of a fitter body, and I'm going to tell you some (because there are a ton of them) ilussions and how to create them:
*Larger shoulders give the impression of a smaller waist. When thinking about this ilussion, imagine your body is a giant ''X'', the upper half of the x means bigger shoulders, with moderate chest and abs coming down and a small waist, and the lower half of the x means big calves and thighs with smaller hamstrings. For this ilussion you need to do a couple of things:
1.Get a ''V'' shapped back
2.Train your shoulders and upper pecs.
*Bigger Triceps=Bigger looking Biceps and arms overall. If you develop big triceps and medium sized biceps, you're going to look like you have bigger biceps than a guy that has big biceps and almost no triceps.
*Training your thighs will give the ilussion of longer legs. The best example is Frank Zane. He is only 1,75 but because he has trained thighs he looks like he is atleast 1,85 because bigger thighs create the ilussion of smaller hamstrings, which give you that overall body shape of an ''X''.
Thats it for now, I'll post more if this gets a positive feedback.
