First thing I want to clear up so you don't think I'm a liar, is that when I say quickly, I mean less than 2 months (for example getting from 20% bodyfat to 10-9%).

And now to get on to the topic: you can do it two ways:

So, what is interval training?

Interval Training is the process of conjoining light cardio with high intensity strenuous workouts.

I. You can do HIIT (high intensity interval training), as an example: 30 sec jogging warmup, followed by 30 sec sprint uphill, followed by 1 min/30 sec (depending on if you're starting out or you are used to it) cooldown. Repeat as many times as you can.

II. Compound Movements: This includes deadlifts, lunges, squats.

Both of these workouts produce the afterburn effect (makes your metabolism really fast), and that is major for fatloss, because it helps you get the callorie defficit.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR FATLOSS IS THE DIET.

That > everything else when it comes to fatloss (I'm only talking about fatloss, not muscle gain), because the only way you can drop the fat is by producing a calorie defficit.

Other Tips: Spice up your food with chilli peppers and cinnamon (they both burn about 80 calories when consumed properly)
Replace coffee with green tea (it boosts your metabolism, has lower ammounts of cafeine and its very healthy because of the antioxidants)

I'll be posting other tips

Some other exercises that would assist in HIIT cardio would be suicides, regular sprints and tabata squats. There are actual studies on the effectiveness of tabata squats and trust me, after you attempt to do them, you'll understand why very quickly.

Great tip I was just looking into HIIT (high intensity interval training); this really helps my understanding and gives me a place to get started.

I was reading an article that talked about using HIIT to increase your V 02 max which basically means it increases the amount of oxygen your body can take during exercise which is definitely a good thing. It also noted that there were some more positive benefits to HIIT vs Cardio.

Thanks again for this tip!

you can drop your body fat level quickly by drinking lots of fluids about 6 litres a day. I drink regular and have very low bmi reading. Also watching what you eat is another great way.
