I like to deep condition my hair once a week and I don't really care for synthetic, manufactured products so I make my own. I make it with 100% Greek Yogurt, Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Lavender Oil (to cover the smell of the Apple Cider Vinegar. You can use whatever essential oil you want). Before you deep condition, you want to make sure your hair has been freshly washed. Then apply the mixture to your hair and place a plastic cap on your head and leave it on for one hour. Rinse the mixture and style your hair as desired.

Thanks for the ingredients, but what are the measurements? I would like to try natural home-made conditioner, in fact, if there is a home-made shampoo, I would make it too! I have lost so much hair that I'm not even sure if it were from all the bottles of shampoo and conditioner that I use. I would appreciate it if you could provide the measurements. Thank you!

I use 10 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 teaspoons of honey, and 5 drops of lavender. You can modify the recipe if you need to.

Okay, thanks! I think I'll follow your measurements as I have never done this before! Thanks again for getting back to me.
