1) When you go to the mall, park in the back of the parking lot.
2) If you have to go up the stairs with kids clothes, etc., do it when you are done folding them. Make more trips if necessary. Don't leave a pile at the bottom of the stairs to save your trips.
3) If someone is dropping you off at home, ask them to drop you a block away.
4) Take Hubby/wife/partner and kids out in the yard and kick the ball around after dinner.
5) Family walk in the evening.
6) In the winter get to the mall for the long walks.
7) When watching TV do simple exercise. Streches, hold your tummy in, lift your legs.
8) Walk to the store instead of driving.
9) Call your neighbor's and form a walking club.
10) Take 10 or 15 minute walks if you dread doing your exercise
