Smile Tips for those who don't like to cook

I have recently started cooking 3 times a week. Every meal I cook, I make extra so I can freeze them and use the item later. For example if you make steak, you can cook a few extra at the same time, then use the extra to make steak tacos. You don't necessarily have to make the same food a lot, just find new recipes that can use the same main ingredients. I have found this to be so much easier on me, I don't have to cook as much and I also get to spend a little more time with my family during the week nights.

My friend suggested that I do this too. She told me that I should cook a big pot of stew or curry and then pack the food in small containers and then freeze them. When I need to serve the food to my family, I just need to reheat the food on the stove or in the microwave. This is good for those who have a small family or has only just you and your spouse in the house. It certainly will reduce the time you spend in the kitchen.
